I have used Red Death since the patch, and can still say that this thing is at least a little OP. 2 bursts, then heals you. It's too much. Pulse Rifles need a scale back of 2% on damage. There is no reason to use anything but Pulse Rifles in the Crucible anymore.

Your Hand Cannon is a Thorn. Use a Hand Cannon without DoT, then say you still wreck people.
