I'd say it's usable now. But due to the shortage of special ammo in pvp I wouldn't use it.
And it's more usable in pve but the reload is just awful.
I'd rather use invective if i'm going with an auto shotgun. Invective is better in every way that matters other then ROF compared to the 4th.
or 2 to the morgue if I want a ranged heavy hitter. ( I don't have FWL or found verdict)

The reload is awful but I've found I can get around that on my titan with the lighting fast reload skill. If I'm in shotgun range there's usually an easy melee kill like a dreg or acolyte nearby. it makes the gun a much better experience.

Haha yeah i love the Titan class its just perfect in my opinion and the whole fast reloading is amazing after meleeing enemies

That's why I use speed reload and field choke

Yeah i personally would rather use that exotic slot in the primary rather than secondary or heavy but i do agree its one of those weapons that you just feel like having fun with. i regularly use Found Verdict
