And level advantages like Iron Banner, that way a level 20 can't go and get legendaries, and also a timed event like IB, but monthly.

Hmmm it would probably be more beneficial that level 20s get some good gear, you know to keep them playing lol But I agree that it shouldn't be year round more like an event

I would say it could give 20s a rare armor engram, but I wouldn't say legendary, newbs are already getting carried through raids and stuff.

That's pretty much the only way to level up If you wanted a time where three new players leveled up and did night falls together then the first three months was the good days of destiny cause now it's way too hard to find new players and it's way too common to find someone to help you Plus I don't think the next DLC will have tower gear be 1 less level than max raid gear level
