Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls
Me and my mate are thinking of getting this on ps4 because destiny is done and dusted.
Thoughts on it? If you don't like it what suggestions do you have instead (RPGs/similar style games)
Also what class would you suggest.

First, add me pro_since_day_1 Second, it's an addictive loot grind game so yes it is good and worth the buy Third, every class is good, but my personal favorite is barbarians and demon hunters.

Edited by Skyrender6: 9/5/2015 6:07:12 PMIt's actually quite similar to destiny in that it's an endless loot grind (not saying that's a bad thing!) Many people appreciate Diablo 3 over Destiny because you get showered with legendaries and the equivalent of exotics, unlike Destiny. There is also a ton of customization for god-tier character builds. In Destiny there are dozens of customizations; in Diablo there are hundreds.

I recently bought Diablo 3 (used) and it's one of my favorite games. I definitely recommend it.

Pretty fun. The classes are all preference to me. I like Demon Hunter and Crusader the most personally.

If you don't like destiny you will really not like diablo 3. The story is extremely short and it gets extremely repetitive. The only reason to keep going is to improve gear, like destiny. But unlike destiny when you get better gear you don't feel any different or even really more powerful. You still use all the exact keys and everything. The 700 that floats above an enemies head just changes to 720. Real boring real fast.

Get Diablo 3 and Borderlands Handsome collection. Borderlands is essentially Diablo inside a mad max type world in first person. Borderlands doesn't really start until UVHM and Diablo doesn't start until after you complete all 5 acts.

It's ok. Completed it with 4 different characters, including hardcore with crusader, but then got bored. Really can't bring myself to complete it with the final characters even though I would like the platinum

The reward system is much more generous than Destiny. Demon Hunter or Crusader.

As a solo player I had fun playing through on normal twice (the characters are quite different) then hardcore (crusader). In terms of characters: barbarian gets dull to to one very OP move, but is probably the easiest, crusader I liked. Basically avoid the witch doctor and your fine for fun.

Diablo 3 is absolutely amazing! Once you beat the main campaign and go to adventure mode, it gets a bit repetitive, but the things you repeat are so fun it doesn't even matter. And class wise, I can give you some descriptions. The wizard does plenty of damage, but is the quickest to die. So if you can stay out of everyone's way, Wizard is good. Demon hunter is almost balanced with damage/defense but you probably want to stay back with him too. Barbarian's are melee characters that do tons of damage and have decent health. Crusaders do tons of damage and their health regeneration is so good (If you put your skills on regen) you'll eventually be generating more health than you're losing. I've never played as monk or witch doctor, though.

I bought it 4 days ago. I highly suggest getting it. And start on the extra difficult level that gives you 150%xp/gold bonus
