Well an AAO with the right perks and arc can do the same if not a better job than Thunderlord. Also how many mobs had shields in crotas end, maybe 5 wizards. Lmao. VOG has the occasional Minotaur/praetorian and subtracting the ones that the relic holder takes out there weren't many either.

Who needs a thunderlord, when you got Fang of Ir Yut to take care of that shield. Also I think my Felwinter's lie would be able to 1 shot with final round to the head. Than we have my LDR etc etc.

Neither does as much as an LMG, especially with Thunderlords exotic perk

Exotic perk that doesn't matter when you won't be shooting more than 5 shots to down said captain? Yeah no. I'll take my AAO or Jolders hammer, and save that exotic spot for something like Hawkmoon or red death.
