Are you for or against gay marriage?Personally, I'm for. There's no reason why homosexuality should be a bad thing.

it's their choice let them get on with their lives

48 RepliesIf God thinks it's sinful for a man to sleep with a man and vice versa, why did he create gays? To give them a life where they are forced to not be able to make love to others?

There is far more important stuff going on right now, like a 3,000 year old city full of treasures being blown sky high by IS because they don't think it falls into their ideals. I am for anything that improves people's lives, and I believe it is a political beachball, if it comes close they bat it away and hope it never comes back.

6 RepliesI honestly don't give two shits... They can do whatever they want, not saying I would be with, or against. They're should be an option for that.

5 RepliesThe fact that 300+ people are against something that has nothing to do with them is beyond my comprehension.

3 RepliesEdited by Sp1drByte: 4/6/2015 10:31:08 PMTo all that put against please take the time to read this If this is a religious belief that's not cool if not it's still not cool you are entitled to do whatever you like but the second you begin to impose your ideologies onto other people is when you and I will have a problem, gays are gay they do as they please and they are free to just as you are free to do as you wish just don't try to get mixed in each others business
the fact that you are entitled to a stupid opinion does not excuse its stupidity
Let it be, everyone deserves to be happy without someone playing goalie to that end.

Don't care. If they want to, more power to them.

Honestly I don't care, I'm not gay so it's not my problem. However if I had to choose, I'd choose to go for gay marriage.

2 RepliesI think we should change the name from marriage to civil union. For everyone. To separate church and state. (Even though I'm pretty sure the word marriage has been there for a while. Idk though because I haven't looked it up. Or maybe we should change it to tax and other benefits ceremony) Idk. But either way, yeah I'm for it dude. equality and shit

I don't care if someone is gay.. but I don't believe in gay marriage, nor do I believe in a man and woman being married and noy having kids. Marriage is starting a family, naturally.

8 RepliesWe recently had the lds general conference and a number of Jesus' parables were discussed. What should Christians do when others that they love disobey gospel principles? Let's talk about the parable of the prodigal son. The prodigal son was rebellious and disagreed with both the spiritual and temporal counsel that he received from his father. He demanded his inheritance and wanted to leave. It's important to remember that the father, although he disagreed with his son's choices, listened to his son's wishes and have him his inheritance, and then allowed him to leave. Then what did the father do? He waited patiently. He longed for his son to mend his ways, but he allowed the son to live his own life and make his own choices and find his own path of happiness in his life. The prodigal son of Jesus' parable eventually saw the error of his ways and returned to his father hoping to mend some small fragment of their relationship. The father, however, was overjoyed to see his son return and killed the fatted calf and gave the prodigal son everything back that he could. This parable directly relates to the conflicts going on related to gay relationships and marriage and the contention between religious groups and the gay community. Religious groups should act like the father did, persuading others to obey gods commandments but allowing them to make their own choices. Did the father of the parable deny his son his inheritance? No he didnt. Then why should Christianity today deny secular services to the gay community?

2 Repliesit's NOT going anywhere you know? you kind of how to just accept it for how it is instead of wasting energy trying to prevent something that won't ever be stopped. people are just gay man so what. the only problem I have with marriage is there are those crazy people who will want to marry their siblings or -blam!-ing robots lol it'll make them demand their marriage rights as well.
