"Sign of Containment" Emblem
I've never seen this emblem before but it looks sick. I have done extensive research on how to obtain this emblem, but to no avail, all I can find is "Obtained through special orders". Does anyone know what i'm talking about or know how to get it?

You get the emblem through making a video and posting it to bungie.net creations page and get it upvoted enough to where bungie themselves accepts your video as the "Bungie movie of the week" it took me a while to figure that out too
