How the hell do you use a warlock in pvp?
As someone who has used both hunters and titans in pvp, how do you use a warlock because to me right now, they suck. Advice welcome.
Edit: Thank you for the costructive comments for those that actually gave advice. I'll try to apply it.
Edit: Definitely having better results after switching up some of my abilities as recommended. Starting to now understand the danger a warlock brings to a match, especially after lobbing a nova bomb super from practically one control point to another.

To rack up kills......only class I get 2 kills off of every 1 of their lives. ;) jk I too suck running Locks in PvP....its the whole floaty thing. So my hat is off to those who can.

2 RepliesAs wrong as this sounds, and probably offensive to titans, they are run-and-gunners. Almost anyway you set them up they have a high recovery rate so they can quickly heal up for the next fgt to find the barrel of your gun.

Axion > thorn > opponent dies Firebolt > thorn > map implodes and your team automatically wins

5 RepliesWarlocks are definitely a support class through and through. Titan bubbles are the only thing rivaling that. Nova bombs are high damage, sure, but it's most effective when supporting other players. Warlocks just simply weren't made for heavy damage.

Sunsinger: radiant skin, radiant will, flame shield, fusion grenades, the skill that gives u 2 grenades and max armour/recovery. Proceed to watch the world burn. For added lulz use Against All Odds/Jolders Hammer and then pop radiant skin. To troll use felwinters lie while in radiant skin to wreck ppl up close (or halfway across the room because felwinters) lol

For void Walker Use blink if you like blink on the hunter Vortex grenade works better than axion bolt and it can shut down hallways and doors Use vortex with Nova bomb and increase size of explosions Use Bloom, it makes everything explode and can chain kills like nothing Use life steal for melee Have your agility maxed out. Void fang vestiments are your best friend if you have them Obsidian mind only procs the increase super energy if you live a few seconds after you nova bomb I dont use sun singer unless it's to cheese the crota bridge

1 ReplyEdited by Aviixe: 3/28/2015 3:32:28 AMVoidwalker tips. Trust me, don't use shatter or axion bolt. Use vortex. Use them to block off doorways and control points. They could save your life. Stick to the mid range as much as possible. That's where warlocks perform best.

spam axion bolt all day long and blink with op melee and a felwinters lie than you will be the typical warlock scrub

Spam fusion grenades, use radiant skin amd not self res for sunsinger. For vortex use the vortex grenades, super, melee that gives more nova bomb energy, then use every perk related to vortex

3 RepliesMaybe the Warlock doesn't suit you because many people use Warlocks and they don't suck. Many people use the other two and suck. It just depends on your playstyle
