They should reward more crucible marks for winning, right now the incentive to win is getting 3 marks,(a whole 1 mark for being the better team)instead if the 2 you get for losing
It should be
10 for wins
1 for losses

The issue with that isn't the marks, but the weekly limit. Get rid of that limit, and that might work.
