But Queen's Bounty came, then got nerfed, never to be seen again. Then we keep getting the same old Iron Banner. I mean, is this some type of joke/ They are all in the same areas that we are already playing. Is there anything new here? If you sift through the developer diaries and videos. You will find multiple mentions of monthly events. Every other game that has these types activities like Destiny, has new content being released. You don't really expect us to do the same shit for 6 months on end?

No where in that article does it say Destiny is an Mmo nor does it say they were "updating" the game monthly. This was an article showing what they had planned for the time directly after launch.

Well can you copy and paste it because I've read it twice and nowhere in there does it say anything along the lines of "this game is an Mmo" or "this game will be update monthly." And you're right. You're not my slave. But if you're going say Bungie said something, you need to be able to point out specifically where they said it if someone disagrees with you, otherwise it seems like you made it up. You can't expect me to go on a wild goose chase for information or a quote that you, a person who says that information or quote exists, haven't pinpointed. Why would I go out of my way to look for information I know doesn't exist, based on things that I know bungie said and can pinpoint and link you to if asked, if you can't provide an accurate link for your info? If I told you grass is scientifically purple, even though you know for a fact it's green, would you expect me to provide accurate evidence with the proper links, or would you be okay with me telling you to sift through 6 months of articles of varying length, some of which aren't even on the topic, for a single sentence supporting my claim? Honestly?

I don't understand what you are trying to prove. If you like shooting at the loot cave over and over. Go on and continue to do so. I want some new stuff to explore, or things to do in those large areas. Other than chest farming.

I originally asked where bungie said the game would be updated with new content monthly and where they said the game is an Mmo, because that's what your OP is driving at. That's all I want, to know where you're getting that information. I'm not interested in the reason you posted the thread I just Want to know where that information is coming from

I seem to have posted a link above. Learn to read between the lines. It was clearly implied that new events will be coming to Destiny on a regular basis. If you choose to ignore blatantly obvious things. Then flat out stating something to your tiny mind would be difficult.

I've seen you make an ass of yourself on several posts now. You literally nitpicked ONE part of his whole thread. Please stop posting on the forums. Truth be told Bungie said they didn't want to claim this game as an actual MMO. But you're ignorant to not see that it has MMO elements at a small scale. Bungie also promised there would be two events per month. I'm not going to go throw around links, if you're that concerned, go back and look about a week or two after launch and read one of the updates. They failed to follow through with that. I'm assuming that was what OP was talking about when he said "monthly updates" you just took it as literal and took it to heart I'm assuming. Stop bashing him over ONE part of his post.

Go to the news section. Look at when IB or QW released for the first time. Can't exactly remember which came first. But they point blank stated that there would be two events from there on out. One PVE and one PVP. QW was a flop. So they removed it, said they were going to improve it and release it at a later time, still no word on what the hell is going on with it. The first IB was a joke, almost no dmg difference from regular crucible. But since they're lazy dev's and PVP is easier for them to fool around with numbers, they didn't fully remove it.

So still lost on where that came from. Also, They removed queen's wrath because it was a limited time event.. If you sort through the comments by date, oldest first, you'll see plenty of approval of the event. Unless they ended the event early? I wasn't aware as I stopped running the missions when ascendant shards were removed from dismantling queens gear, so I wasn't paying attention.

Then Bungie must have removed the post that claimed there would be two promise events. Why else would IB come out the 17th of every month now ? Atleast as far as I can remember it's came out the same exact date of every month. You say QW was a limited time event and wha you quoted about the IB also states that it's a limited time event. Yet it comes out every month ? Because they guaranteed it. Jus like with QW but it flipped and they didn't know how to fix it/decided to use it as a selling point for HoW. I can promise you that it said somewhere either on Bungie.net/reddit that there would be two events per month guaranteed to keep players interested and engaged. I have no reason to lie to you to gain social validation over the internet. You can believe it or not, but there were supposed to be two events within each month. If IB happening every month isn't enough evidence for you, then oh well. Not everything had to have a link to something on the internet to prove that it's true. Sometimes it just takes a little logic.
