I would agree on that absolutely. I still would like all the other elements of the game relevant!

Just keep the exotic bounties and raid guns outta reach of the people to lazy to raid or run strikes and bounties

I like that idea! Or maybe people would be required to complete raids in order to buy a particular gun? A guardian has to prove his worth!
