SUROS should definitely be in tier A, even with the patch.
Also, Ice breaker and vex should be swapped

Suros got nerfed far to hard. It's borderline useless now. C tier at best.

In pvp. It's still great in pve. They HAVE to bring it back up a little bit though

In pve a scout will do better at range and pulse and hand cannons will do better mid to close.

Agreed the Vex doesn't seem to perform at well as it used to, and what is more godly than a max range, infinite ammo sniper?

Suros got nerfed way too hard for it to be in A tier. Its almost worthless in PvE now but still decent in PvP. Only reason why I have it in B is due to how good the perks are and how good it is when mastered by someone. I don't see how the "accidental nerf" to Vex severely hurt it. Its still the same gun in PvE and it just has less ammo in PvP. Nothing about it has changed the way it plays. IB can't be God tier due to it being not as good as other PvP snipers. Its WAAAAAYYYYYY too good in PvE tho. That alone makes it A tier.

When you get the shot in pvp icebreaker is pretty good, but your remark that SUROS is useless in pve is insane. It can heal you for one thing, and it's extremely useful in both raid bosses. It's great against the cabal, and pretty much any enemy when you hit their crit.

I said almost useless. Its still a good weapon, but the nerf mad it not a fan favorite anymore. Plus with the rise of red death, Suros is almost not needed for a raid or PvP

It doesn't kill fast enough in pve still, and you should be using Gjallarhorn in Crota, so it can easily be replaced by using life steal, infusion, transfusion, apotheosis veil, hungering blade, or self Rez If your team can get the oversoul It's amazing in pvp now

Red death kills almost every low tier enemy in the game with ONE BURST. How does it not kill fast enough? It also does more damage than Suros. Yes, Gjallarhorn is good for Crota, but if you're the swordbearer, you won't need the gjallarhorn at all. Red Death is easily the best option for a swordbearer and then use HoC for the Heavy.

I'm talking about on Crota it doesn't do enough... Frankly pulse rifles aren't that good for Crota. I prefer using my venation III, black hammer, and Gjallarhorn

I know. That's why I said Red Death for the swordbearer (as in YOU). If you are not the swordbearer, you should be using Horn or HoC

Actually, I never have tried swordbearer for crota HM, since I'm a titan

Titans can still run the sword. I've ran the sword plenty of times as a titan, a few times with a hunter being present.
