I think its alright, in the middle. If it had Send it i would like it a lot more.

Don't worry about send it. I have the same range and even without rangefinder it has plenty of range. Plus you have rangefinder so even better. I use the armour piercing perk - its got good stagger power so adding that just makes a body shot stop any enemy in their tracks and a headshot waste them. Gear up with some hand cannon arms for reload and legs for ammo and happy days!
