Instead of kicking people there should be a death count! If one player dies a total of 3 times the game should kick them.

Hey, there's something called raised level. I can tell you right now. No match I have played on for the heroic strike has anyone on my fireteam died less than 3 times. Its supposed to be a challenge. You're supposed to die a lot.
