Full squad of Tataros pattern terminators all with cyclone missile launchers,heavy flamers and chain fists (just to make stuff messy)
If it is standard gear then this counts as there is a special horus heresy unit that gets these AS STOCK

There are several units in the game that all have different standard gear Loophole ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Then again he's trying to go for the most average of the marines with the most average of gear. Possible but also strange, and somewhat challenging in and of itself.
