Hey man! Thanks for devoting this much time to this stuff. So Jon and I deal with the damage calculations on the weapon side and we generally stay away from the attack / level black magic. In general, I'd say you're pretty close with what you've got here. Nicely done!

So your saying you stay away from what you actually do as damage? When attack is actually the attack damage Bieng brought upon the enemy? I don't get why we even have a number on our guns then if you don't get us an exact calculation of what happens. Other then we'll..our gameplay. I wonder why my "hardlight" does 49 base damage per shot lol... That's just plain trash as a exotic auto rifle. Wait you guys nerfed a necessary gun because it was being used a lot Right? Lol

It's just something to keep the community engaged and wondering. Since there's not enough to this game, they won't answer basic questions to create some falsehood of wonder. Same thing with a supposed 6th VoG chest, same thing with whether or not Xur will sell Ghorn again. The last one isn't important, but it's a commonly asked question that they continue to avoid/don't have answers for their own fućking game. It's bullshit to make up for the nothingness of the game.

Deffinetly starting to think that, didn't play destiny for a week or two after working all this out, it's just such a flawed mechanic. And its been supposedly confirmed that gjallahorn has been removed from xûrs item list through data mining, and after last week's prediction I've put a bit more faith in megamanex and his "data mining"...
