Yeah not sure where they were going with the whole "create your own destiny" because ever since launch they've done everything they could to make sure people play the game the way Bungie think is the best. And yes, they totally ingored personal prefernces when tweaking the weapons. People will always gravitate toward certain types and you really need to over-buff the less "attractive" archetypes to change that. In my opinion they could have buffed pulse rifles by 30 % and it would still not be on par with with other weapons, in terms of use, because it's simply not as fun to use for most people. Now, there could be exceptions. The scout rifle, for instance, it something I think more people would want to use but to most people it's not an optimal choice - for the simple reason that it's a more sophisticated weapon that doesnt have any room in a gimmicky PvP mode with a bunch of OHK weapons.

  • Meanwhile boss glitches, TERRIBLE PvP lag, vault space, and other issues seem to be completely ignored. I don't even understand how small scale PvP like Destiny has such terrible netcode; i've only seen it this bad in Battlefield.
