Parental Controls?
I can't access user stuff & my chat is disabled because of parental controls even though i turned them off?

1 ReplyHave you tried turning it off and on ? ( always wanted to say that xD ) sometimes this issue happens to me and it's easliy fixed by restarting my ps4.
