The kid made a kid decision. There's a reason kids can't sign contracts, join the military, marry, etc... We've scientifically determined that their brains aren't developmentally prepared to make such decisions. It's also fairly well known that it is easier to create a sense of urgency when dealing with a child and that they're far more susceptible to the old bait and switch scenarios. We don't know what kind of sales pitch was tossed at the kid. We don't know how much Kermit pushed the idea of game-share. What we do know is that the kid was 11 and, as such, probably doesn't make the most rational decisions.
Blaming the 11 year old for the Kermit situation is akin to blaming an abducted child for falling for the old "do you want some candy" line.

Thank you. Good Post. The kid was not looking to cheat, he told the frog (jerk) he didn't need the cheat initially, then was talked into it if I remember the video properly.
