Good speculation. But I believe That most of us are over thinking it, and we are being led on. They said "no one person has enjoyed all the vog has to offer" or something along that line. Wat if that just means that there will be upgraded gears and guns when the dlc comes out. So the vog won't be obsolete.

That's what I think, anything new and undiscovered is so because we don't have access to it yet, it would be a shame to make this raid obsolete when it is so awesome and just a higher difficulty wouldn't make sense when there are so many places to put other chests, rewards, bosses etc. like all the hidden caves in the jumping puzzle, the alternate route to the Templar, all the portals working or not there's just so much they can still do and I truly believe we will get more but only when bungie sees fit

The alternate path to the Templar is awesome but pointless. They have to add something there.

But templar also has the first chest in the drop down part as it disappears when he teleports. Maybe two chest per section?

That's what I think. Harder game setting more chances for Loot. Templars well seems to elaborate to just be a dead spot.
