Never. It honestly feels like less of an insult now, and more of a title, in the same way you have Seniors, juniors, sophomores, and freshmen. If anything, it's a hazing ritual that new players have to go through. The next group will be 'Summer Noobs', and we'll have 'Comet noobs' and 'Gen 2 Christmas noobs' after that.
