That sounds unfair to essentially put people that wear raid gear at a disadvantage just because some people don't have it. Plus, raid gear really does not benefit crucible that much anyway. They give some boosts meant for events in the raid only, such as reload speed boost when an oversoul appears or additional damage to oracles in VOG, and they let you carry more ammo. Plus, for the weapons, you'd have people say the same thing for guns such as Thorn or Suros Regime, which are not really PVE only. Your suggestion only seems to focus on Vex Mythoclast and maybe Necrocasm.

  • I appreciate the reply. I don't think its unfair, because it just means you need to play in the Crucible to get the most competitive gear in the Crucible. The converse is currently the case: you have to play in PvE to get the most competitive PvE gear. I have played well over 800 Crucible matches and I have acquired a whole lot of garbage in the process, practically nothing of any merit drops in crucible. I think anything acquired through an Exotic Bounty should be applicable to either, since hey usually require some effort in both spheres anyways. I imagine there will be a significant advantage given to Raid gear in the upcoming Iron Banner Event.
