I had this problem. All you have to do is quit destiny, start it up again, try about 10 times and then keep doing this until it finally downloads. I know your pain that wasp error was a bitch!! P.S. It could take a while. Mine took like 20 minutes

Hey, did you do anything differently on trial 10 that allowed it to go through? I'm having similar problems
