I WANT SUPPORT OR I WANT A REFUND

I continue to get frequent disconnects. I have tried the port forwarding and it didn't make a difference. The disconnections prevent me from being able to play the game. I am frustrated to the point of being done with the thing. I either want support or I want a refund.

  • American Internet must be terrible...I live in Japan and have had one disconnect ever - when a friend in America was fire team leader and disconnected cause of his internet, I got dropped to orbit with an error code.

    • Post update still getting disconnected regularly. Not sure why bungie is wasting time with hot fixes for the expansion when the game doesn't work right to begin with.

    • All refunds are handled by the retailer you bought the game from. Developers don't keep sales records.

      • You won't get support. Destiny is a bundle of bugs and glitches. No other game boots you off like destiny does. Everyone and their dog has spent countless hours on the phone with their service providers. It has all come down to the shitty servers destiny has. I'd ask for a refund

        • And when you get these error codes and disconnects, are they Destiny specific, or do you find yourself having other problems with xbox live?

            • This is not support. I paid $65 for this game via purchasing it with my xbox. I have asked for help and tried a lot of things but to no avail. I want real talk to bungie support or I want a refund.

              • If you want support you can ask for that here. A list of any errors, your connection type, platform, internet speed, as well as all the steps you've done already to try to correct or see if you can correct any problems yourself. For a refund you need to contact the retailer where you purchased the product from.
