I'm a feminist
What do people have against feminism? Why would anyone say they aren't a feminist, or further, are anti feminist?!
Feminism is the forwarding of women's rights in order to gain equality. That is the definition. I don't care if some moron said to kill all men, that's not feminism.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I came across this comic which outlines a few of the aims of a contemporary feminist. I don't agree with all of it, but it's worth a look if you're sceptical, surely one of the points they make must ring true.

10 RepliesFrom what i've seen of Feminism, it has devolved into misandristic insanity that is now plaguing cultures. I think it would be safe to say that equal rights have been achieved in Western countries, now other societies must focus on making progress, but that might be hard considering some haven't even reached Enlightenment yet.

3 RepliesThe problem with so many feminists I've seen, is that their idea of feminism has evolved past equal rights, it's become a "women are better than men, and should be worshiped because of that". The bad eggs tend to have a bigger effect on what people think about the big picture. If there was news coverage on every plane that took off and landed safely, people's views on air travel would by vastly different. But instead we focus on those that crash, like we focus on the feminist who are more like feminazis
