The Beyond Light and The Witch Queen pre‑order emblems are time‑limited, platform‑specific rewards that are now listed as no longer available for new grants. For Stadia in particular, Bungie’s Stadia guide warned that if Cross Save wasn’t set up before January 18, 2023, players would lose access to their characters, items, emblems, and Eververse purchases and that this data can’t be recovered after that date. Player support and forum moderators can’t restore old pre‑order/licensed items or generate new codes once they’re gone. If the emblems aren’t in your Collections or inventory on a currently‑supported platform account, there isn’t a way for Bungie to add them back.
