Hey there, when you say 'season', do you mean seasons like 'Season of Defiance' or 'Episode: Revenant'? Or are you just talking about base expansion packs like Witch Queen. If you're using the same PSN account as before, cross-saved to Steam, then anything still tied to old season passes should still be available. If you mean expansion packs, there is no way to get Steam to recognise that you paid Sony for them - each platform licenses the DLC individually and they all want their own cut. You'd need to buy them on Steam to play them on Steam.
