Help me understand getting new exotics
When looking at the help text for exotics in collections, it states that to obtain them you must use focused decoding. However when you visit Rahool for said focused decoding, its help text states for manipulated outcome for armor already obtained? How then are you supposed to get exotics other than waiting for Xur to have the one you need or roll the dice with a general exotic decryption? What's the point of focused decoding then?

Reset your rank with Rahool, go to Focused Decoding, scroll over to page 4.

You know how page 3 at Rahool shows all the individual armor pieces, unlike the previous pages which just show the engrams for head, chest, etc ? Well, there’s a “secret” 4th page which looks almost exactly like the 3rd page. You have to complete rank 16 with Rahool so that you can reset your rank, and then you’ll be able to see the 4th page. The 3rd page will have some items that say “unlock in collections to purchase this”…. But the 4th page wont have that issue. You’ll need an exotic cipher & some exotic engrams to “unlock” any armor piece that you have never acquired yet. I would research some builds first, and prioritize which exotics would give the most bang for your buck (depending on what type of content you want to play), that way you’re not just spam-spending precious resources lol.
