Bungie said it'd come back at a later date after Final Shape launched. You had three weeks during Into the Light to get it. If you decided not to play during that time, the only one to blame is yourself.

Even I got it, and I didn’t start playing again until like a month or so before it went away again

3 RepliesBungie stated before Final Shape that it would be quite a while before superblack returned. They didn't state when or how it would return just that it would be a while before it came back. If you missed out that sucks, oh well. Honestly, it wasn't really that hard to get. If you didn't do the steps to get it, I don't know what to tell you. If you're a new player and you missed out, that's too bad. That's called FOMO and it sucks. Bungie gave players lots of time to get it. If you didn't get it, oh well.
