There should be titles for people who accomplished major things in D1
Completing main story and Vault of Glass: "Gatekeeper"
Completing Dark Below and Crotas End: "Swordbearer"
Completing HoW and Skolas Revenge: "Kellbreaker"
Completing Taken King and Kings Fall: "Kingslayer"
Completing ROI and WOTM: "Iron Lord"
I'd love recognition as either King Slayer or Iron Lord. People have seem to forgotten we killed Oryx and became Iron Lords.

Basically D1 is like an alternate reality that never really happened which is why in D2 we don't get to keep anything from D1 and even lots of the lore between the 2 games does not match up or make any sense. They are morons.

Add in D1 Alpha and Beta players titles too. Something like "Living Legend"

Agree. Something like the old raid banner emblem would also be cool to cross. The fun one that required all heroic completions. Wish they would just make destiny. Not d1 d2 Etc. Start bringing over old maps if possible. Give people something to explore again

No there shouldn’t. Titles are supposed to show hard work and dedication in D2.

I saw a lot of negativity towards this, so I’ll put my response out there. It’s just interesting how some will insist something is sacred and exclusive, that no one else can get it. Yet we have emblems that carried over, and the 2019 title is the first limited run one. Not to mention we just got new emblems from 2 eras of the crucible, after the fact. Obviously, these titles would of been unlocked at the start of D2 (or D2Y2, in this case).But hey, details

I like the idea of recognition but a title might be too much. They did do some emblems if I remember correctly though.

7 RepliesYes. I did EVERYTHING in D1, in its original season. I also put 4200 hours into that game. It is highly disappointing that the only thing I have to show for all that grinding and loyalty is a few ugly emblems. Especially when I have to put on other emblems to show that I've completed a raid or something. Give my original character a permanent aura or something.
