Just me?
Edit: big applause to all the children bragging that they have no trouble with blackout. Go grind it solo and let me know how it goes. Obviously it is doable, but no fun at all.

85 RepliesEdited by Seraphim Crypto: 5/3/2019 8:46:26 AMWhy would I skip the only day the Reckoning actually provides somewhat of a challenge? Easy loot is boring.

I love the reckoning on any mode. It’s all good fun and just use set ups that make you OP also. Helm of saint 14 and the over shield strike is wicked fun. It’s like having a near permanent over shield using the eye mask or lupi for health again. The skull fort is also great along with the warlock gloves (if not the well runner )
-
I skip it all the time because half my clan members are 200+ clears plus with nothing to show for it. Drop rates are abysmal
-
Why would you grind it solo? Is there a triumph for it?
-
3 RepliesI do now. Got tired of getting destroyed as the fireteqm started dying. It might be a bit more doable with heavyweight. Did not have that when I was trying.
-
I skip Reckoning every day! What's the point of it? Armor for Gambit Prime...no thanks.
-
Tried yesterday. 6 runs. Zero completions. My first time trying it. My last.
-
Skip it every day. You'll thank yourself for it later.
-
Haven't touched gambit or reckoning don't think I ever will though I really want that spare rations

Edited by DredLaP: 5/4/2019 1:43:15 PMHavent touched gambit, prime, or reckoning all season. God it feels good too.

I dont skip it. Arcstrider can fight with the best of them Tether can control all but the ultras. No biggie for my team

44 RepliesMan you babies would of hated Lightswitch Arcburn Skolas. You know nothing!

Edited by IXI GETBUCK IXI: 5/2/2019 7:34:03 PMI skip it any day that isnt heavyweight, but play it for hours all day when it IS heavyweight, have really good roll prime sets but I'm still rolling the dice at a chance for better P.s. I see alot of people saying it's the weapon drop rates deterring them from playing it, but for only playing it 2 days each week I've at least dismantled 3-5 of each "curated" version of all the weapons. Makes for tons if enhancement cores too. Some of you should actually try playing the game if you want rewards from the game..

Edited by Xenomorph: 5/4/2019 3:27:18 AMWho else skips Destiny 2 on Weekdays?

1 ReplyI skip leg days.

18 RepliesWho else skips reckoning in general because it’s trash ?

I don't mind the added challenge as i'm usually fairly mobile and like to look around a lot. Plus helping with callouts in fireteam chat or chat party really help reduce the times those majors sneak up on you at the bridge. What really grinds my gears in Prism. I'm ready for boss DPS and blammo my elemental weapons become useless for two thirds of the entire boss fight. Here's me, a self acclaimed radical boss slayer standing around like a half sucked mango, holding a Thunderlord waiting for Arc to roll back around! Note: in before anyone says, yeah but use the sleeper and wait for solar prism and melt the boss in 7.65 seconds. I don't like to use the most efficient strategies sometimes, I just like to have fun and use the weapons I like most :)

Not I

I have yet to do reckoning.

2 Repliesone day after this post , black out is the modifier. Its like they don't want you to play.
...Skips...
TRIGGERED

It’s still not that difficult, especially with skill of dire ahemkara and now with the tonics, it’s a cakewalk.

2 Repliesim skipping destiny2 on every days
-
Edited by NubNub34: 5/3/2019 1:52:30 PMI still play it when blackout is on, cause I’m not a crying 4 year old. There’s ways around it, get good. And who the hell grinds it solo? It’s a 4 player activity on purpose.
-
I skip reckoning most days because it sucks and I don’t feel like the armor helps that much with Prime.
