Hive wizards cannot fly! You might not belive me but i have solid proof for this.
Have you ever seen a hive wizard flying higher than 10m? No you havent because they do not fly. They have invisible legs. Usually they are not really high up and thats because they are crouching to get better angle to shoot at us, throw smoke clouds and save their energy. When they cross gaps and go above 5m they just strech their long and invisible legs to get there.
This also makes sense for wizards clothes. Why would their skirts have openings on bottom if they dont have any legs?
You can push wizards off platforms and make them fall to their death! I got video of this and i will upload it later. This is solid proof. Why would they fall to death if they can fly?
Only hive creature that we have seen flying is oryx and oryx has wings wizards do not have wings. This means that HIVE CREATURES CAN FLY ONLY IF THEY HAVE WINGS.
Try to prove me wrong!
i bet you can't
edit 1. More solid proof! If you throw a solar grenade to wizards feet they dont fly up! They step sideways out of the grenade.
edit.2 Lot of you people are saying that they fly on darkblade. Like i said earlier on the post they strech their legs so they can leap across. Their legs are somewhere between 10-5m long so they are really good jumpers with those long legs
edit.3 now that this is trending with over 160 replys i am goin to use the chance to promote my twitch

edit.4 Thats how sister push you off the platform! They kick you with their legs.
SOLID PROOF

4 RepliesEdited by The Dovahk: 2/23/2016 10:23:04 PMYou're wasting your time to see if Wizards fly? I've officially lost 100% hope in the Destiny community.
-
Wizards are female warlocks. So they glide.
-
Do sparrows fly?
-
2 RepliesThey do float in the dark blade strike when you get to the batteries
-
Why the numbers why
-
Are you calling Phogoth a liar?
-
I once had a wizard fall of the edge in the dark blade strike and she fell to her death. True story. Wish I recorded it.
-
This is what happened when there's no substantial lore to a game. Lol I do support this theory though
-
I've seen a wizard fall off a ledge in the dreadnaught
-
Correct. They floof
-
I've even seen wizards commit suicide on dark blade strike, they just... Fall down its pretty funny. Saw all four take a dive once
-
Actually... This somehow makes sense... It starts off sounding silly but it actually holds up...
-
They're witches, all females.. Your argument is invalid
-
Well they could just be hovering or using magic just saying
-
2 RepliesYou're 100% correct about the invisible legs. In the Alak Hul Strike I have a clip from a couple months back of me throwing a solar grenade at one of the wizards on the platforms and the wizard floating forward to avoid it and falling to their death. I'll see if I can dig it up but hardly the behavior of a creature with the gift of flight.

1 ReplyAttention hoe being an attention hoe. Nothing to see here.
-
I have watched them float off of cliffs multiple times. Why? It is not invisible LEGS, it is invisible STILTS. They are just clumsy and end up falling off of shit =)
-
I'm sure that they can only float at a certain height from the ground. How? I 'unno.
-
2 RepliesHow bout we compromise? they hover. But in all seriousness, One time me, and some friends were running the Dark blade, and a wizard just hovered off the left platform before the portal room (With all the taken) Least to say me, and my comrades were baffled. Faces that read" Lol, wut?" Fact: wizards can't fly Fact: Wizards CAN hover Admin's opinion: Lettuce

3 RepliesThey have invisible legs best way to prove it is go do the Sunless Cell strike and when you get to the bridge and jumping area, when you get there go to one of the activation post (There are 2 wizards waiting there), scare one off the edge or hit one off and you will see the wizard fall to their doom as they step off the edge. I've seen this multiple times whenever I grind strikes
-
Space magic. Nuff said.
-
If they can fly why do they fall to their death on the dark blade strike? Either they are really stupid or they don't fly they just levitate.
-
It's more of a levitation

2 RepliesEdited by Guardian5488: 2/23/2016 6:37:51 PMWrong, load an Alakhul strike and see how they hover above the abyss. They can be stunned though and will fall down and die. Your "wings" are in fact stabilizers, else they will be blown away by the slightest whiff of wind. You should study Dragonology and learn some basic theoretics of magical creatures.
-
In the Darkblade strike, you can see some Wizards flying over the chasm by the two batteries.
-
Its true. We had a hive wizard fall of the edge of the map in the nightfall last night.
