Oh except for pvp again according to deej who believed we use pve weapons in pvp.

And watch from the sidelines as they struggle to make this game survive by truly -blam!-ing their player base and making them pay for shit that's obsolete in two months.
In most games it's a year before the last dlc is considered a waste of time.
We paid real money for HoW. Not units. Not legendary marks. Real money I earned from my job which SUCKS.

2 RepliesIf you can't afford or don't want to pay $20-$40 every few months for a game you enjoy, ask yourself 3 questions: 1. Should I be putting this money into more important things? 2. How much play time will I get out of the dlc? 3. (Divide dlc price by your hours of expected play time) (In my case, I'll say 72 hours, or 3 days) Is the dlc worth $0.55 an hour? [spoiler]Stop b*tching about a video game. If it doesn't entertain you, why are you still playing?[/spoiler]

8 RepliesI wouldn't jump to any conclusions until the Taken King drops. With as much supposed content as its said to have; they are reworking things to fit up; in order to make it as smooth a transition as possible, some of the ingame events/content has been disabled to facilitate release.

18 Repliesits funny to look at all the comments and feedback for this game, over the past year ive been playing destiny quite a bit. taking breaks here and there, enjoying the real world from time to time. I get on the app almost daily and watch the feedback, put in my two cents occasionally and go about my business. i have never seen such negative feedback so consistantly for one game like this before. and its needed. the business model they have displayed for us is terrible. it shows that you can wrap up a half done half thought through and poorly made game, market it as Revolutionary and so amazing much wow and make tons and tons of money. i wish HoW was something big enough to carry the game for a while i whish the crota dlc was more content thatn it was but it wasnt, they are out to make money. the only thing i hope is that this doesnt become a trend among game makers. now before i get pounded for sinking time into this game and being full of crap, let me explain this. I do play this game a lot, i have multiple toons. that doesnt mean i havent recognized the problems with this game.

1 ReplyI'm hugely disappointed that I have to keep paying for DLC that should already be apart of the game. I love destiny but I have no respect for the developers. Year one was alright and I kinda enjoyed it but there were a lot of boredom involved in the year. Taken King shouldn't be a $40 DLC, it should be free as a result of a pretty lame year one.

Yes.. Thank you Destiny (Bungie) about the year we spent time together. It was fun, but now all I have done and spend my time and money is obsolete. I'm not going to buy TTK for 40euros. I'm not going to play this game anymore becouse it's now meaningless without TTK. It's just a game. Hmm... What I should play next.

Does this mean that people who don't buy TTK won't be able to play Trials? Without the dlc you can't get to lvl 40. Lvl 34s vs 40s, seems fair...

Really depressing that the whole area there is essentially obsolete now. Excited for ttk but kinda bummed that they essentially removed H0W relevance.
