Nightfall is gone! More forced PvP rubbish.
Bungie must ignore it's own analytic reports. A few months ago they said around 2% of people's playtime was spent in PvP (read: mostly people doing the exotic bounties) yet soon after they release HoW and rip out the raid to force us into the one passable end game activity left which was strictly PvP. We all know PoE is a joke so don't say that's a valid end game activity.
Now with TTK it's gotten even worse, Nightfall has been demoted to the place of the weekly strike with the reward of a single purple engram.
The weekly strike is gone (bye, bye Strange Coins)
The Daily has been nerfed, too.
All these changes are account wide too, gone are the days of getting 27 coins per week. Gone are the days of getting XP buffs to help the grind.
What's Bungie's answer to Nightfall being gone? They are forcing more PvP down your throats. You want exotics? Go deal with rubbish network code where the terms "switch has priority" and "replication" have no meaning to the developers.
If you thought that cheating in ToO was bad just wait until it's pretty much the only way to get exotics now.

Nightfall is the same where do u get your info? All that hanged is the rep and xp buff but xp is going up due to that

All they are dropping from the nightfall is the 20% xp bonus you get for completion. There will still be a nightfall and weekly heroic, but now the weekly heroic will just be a playlist and the first three times in a week you complete it you are guaranteed a legendary engram. They don't mention strange coins in the update, so I'm not sure if you will no longer get them or not.

So they make the bs patches to "balance" weapons hoping it'll attract more ppl into pvp; therefore increasing the longevity and time you put into the game to make up for the content, or lack thereof. But i feel you in that last paragraph. Its gonna be crazy

And as they said, you still have three weekly heroic strike rewards for completion, so it's the exact same thing.
