So, I just started playing on XBox 360 and I'm a level 27 (got lucky with a blue engram & it turned purple). A few days ago, I tried my hand at Crucible. Well, trying to make new friends, I had the "manually opt-in when solo" option for team chat on and then everyone else on the team also joined team chat because they were in a fireteam. Probably because I'm a girl. -_-; So I'm not the best PvPer. The heavy drops, enemies were coming but they were screaming at me to wait. I couldn't wait because three of the enemies had supers. So I took it and died right afterwards. They were like, "I hope you choke on a dick and die, you c*nt." Then, I started getting kill after kill. "Stop stealing the kills! I wish I could kick you from the game & in real life." I ended up on top of the leaderboards because the rest of my team was awful. But the worst one: "I hope you get ovarian cancer and are never able to have children so they don't turn out as ugly and awful you are."
I left the team channel and started to cry because I actually can't have kids. ):
Edit: I did not create this post for attention, I am not lying about it, I reported every single one of them to Microsoft. Oh, and another thing: to those of you who were sad to hear my story, thanks for your condolences. The rest of you who are just here calling me an attention whore, you can STFU because I just wanted to share my story and did not expect to get this many responses - good and bad. I learned my lesson. No more team chat for me.

FINAL EDIT: I don't want empathy or sympathy and I am aware that guys get trash talked to them too. I just wanted to address the situation I was in. I needed to vent. I made a mistake by not muting my mic or just leaving the team chat, like everyone has so rudely suggested and calling me names because I failed to do it. I was not thinking due to the tears in my eyes and trying to keep my composure.

Wow just what the actual f u c k was that. Never encountered douche like this and glad i hadnt. Dont let it get to you, these people probably have no lives outside the game and people like them, their opinions dont matter. Do not take it offensively because in the end they are just parasites in this world. Tbh these kinds of people is getting me so irritated. If i ever encounter something like that in voice chat ill probably lash out.

I played against a girl last night, i missed my sniper shot, and i was already half dead, then she proceeded to tbag me. After the game she started talking shit to me, and she wanted ME to apologize for nothing. Just saying guys AND girls have it rough.

Also, you might want to change your gt name. Why? Because when is the last time you say a guy with "guy" in his gt? Been a while? That's because its stupid to draw attention to your gender.
