VoG will be very easy when the TTK comes out

So if your doing level 30 VoG your 365 weapons will do the same damage if you were, for example, using 465 weapons. Only the increase in armour would have an effect. At the end of the day, I'd rather do VoG explicitly using VoG weapons/gear. That is the most effective and easiest way to complete the raid.

Level only changes the ammount of health you have your nit gonna deal any more damage then you do now

It should already be easy if you know what you're doing. Of course, I know lots of 34's who still can't do it correctly

3 RepliesYour damage output is still capped when you exceed enemy level by more than 2 levels. So no it won't be EASY for some, while yeah its super easy now for some. Just look at nowadays with light level 34, go grab some LFG randoms and run Vault of Glass Hard Mode. There are people EVEN AT LVL 34 that die during confluxes, and die over and over and over. There are people who are clueless. Its an "easy" raid for the right team....but then again it was an EASY raid for us when we were level 32 before you were likely even playing. Before House of Wolves it was considered "EASY" when you ran a full team of level 32 guardians, but that doesn't mean tons of times I didn't encounter $hitty destiny players from LFG who had no clue and thus made the raid unable to be progressed even past confluxes. Who cares anyways, if the weapons are going to be pointless, why would anybody run it? So you can get a damage 300 max weapon, which then needs to used to get experience to rank up to 300, then you need to use an etheric light to get it to 365....except now there are 400 damage weapons it can't compete with. Why waste all that time upgrading, doing bounties, and buffing a weapon, then buffing weapon again with etheric when it'll be an extinct useless weapon anyways.

2 RepliesYou do know being LV40 has nothing to do with it being easier right? There are lots of 34s who haven't gotten the mechanics of that raid down packed. You STILL have to know the mechanics, that's the point of a raid. Same goes for CE. Advancing past 34 will make Skolas less annoying. Just my personal OP.

1 ReplyI thought I heard they are reworking the raid rewards to make the things you get more useful for year two, but they really can't make it harder because than new level 24-26 players will get f*cked. But having crap year 1 rewards won't matter for year 2 contact. So it's a fine line for them to walk. Idk what'd I'd do in their position.

Why would you use anything but VOG weapons in the VOG? They're specifically made to help you in that raid.
