Are you seriously that much brainwashed by ghorn And thorn that you dont understand that they just made the game good again. PvP went to a New level, a level where millions of guardians wont use the same goddamn weapon. A level where you dont die from final round sniper every time you peak around corner. And Best of all. A place, where you put some effort in cool boss battles. Thank you Bungie, you guys revived this game.

(Just to be clear, by "cool boss battles" i mean the ones that are coming with TTK. Even i am kinda bored with the strike playlist)

i moved to the ps4 to get a fresh expierience and during the one iron banner available, when i got my warlock to 31, i started with blue weapons and maintained a 1.02 k/d through rank five (i managed to get a mida and matador by rank 2, both not weapons I would choose to use in pvp). i only play pvp during iron banner. never been to the lighthouse. yet, i can't complain about any weapon because playstyle determines how well you do in destiny. most deaths can be attributed to my own stupidity because occasionally i like to rush a situation and that makes for an easy kill. i have a feeling the same applies to many others, yet rather than trying to adapt, they end up on the forum whining. however, if it just seems easier to bitch and hope a game turns into call of duty or battlefield rather than trying play the game as it exists, to each their own.

I agree with you with some points. I just hope you and many plp realize that great players will adapt and will still dominate. New op gun will be released. I guarantee you that.

A lot of those posts just come from the "bitch about anything" crowd. Bungie could address all the ridiculous things these kids bitch about and all they will do is complain about the color of the ball in the tower and that the music from the juke box is too loud.

In terms of final round and gjallarhorn, I disagree with you. Final round is something that players had to spend time trying to get and cost an excessive amount of materials and glimmer. People used their time and currencies to aqcuire something they believed would be useful to them from there on out. I think for bungie to take away its pvp perk, and not compensate those who have said perk, is wrong. Gjallarhorn. Is it used to annihilate bosses in short time frames? Yes. But to go against your point, gjallarhorn is used [i]because[/i] boss battles are incredibly simple and dull (maybe excluding Skolas). And as someone else mentioned in their own thread, this nerf is not going to stop people from requiring gjallarhorns to join their group. If anything, it's going to make them less lenient on allowing X amount of people in who don't have gjally. If it has less power to give, people are going to require [i]more[/i] people with gjallarhorns in their group. Just my thoughts on these points.

2 RepliesThese weapon changes are to make the new boss fights in TTK feel epic and challenging. Full stop. It has nothing to do with current content. People complaining that "the same old boss fights I've done over and over will just take longer now" are completely missing the boat. This is about the new bosses :)

I'm going to laugh when people still get killed by spears after the patch and complain. I have a final round rifle but don't abuse it since the ammo economy in pvp doesn't allow for that.

It's just that alot of us have to re-adjust. For me, Thorn was crucible easymode. Now I am looking for the hopscotch pilgrim so I can re-roll it for the crucible, I wouldn't mind though, I'd be able to use queensbreakers bow with it.

Cool boss battles....lol. Just going to be more of a grind to kill the bullet sponges, and anyone without a ghorn is almost guaranteed not to get invites because of the ghorn nerf that will backfire.
