Thorn ruins pvp #Fact, let XUR sell Thorn!
*It's a bounty, this is sarcasm to prove a point. This threads about its DoT
Thorn takes the fun out of pvp and undermines sniper rifles, heavy machine guns.
Before some dumbass noob says I dont have it then look at my grimore and stats first, I dont use it because its that cheap and that boring to win with always, sure I can use mine but then where's the challenge?
Theres a reason everyone uses it obviously but a gun that 2 hits you with damage over time is just ruining the fun
All pvp is now with this gun is shoot someone and run away so you die from its effect. Lets make Xur sell it to prove a point so everyone can use it, because even with red death not that many people compared use it compared to thorn.
Hand cannons dont need nerfs, but Thorn should be 4 shot to keep an ability that takes off half your health. I use TLW, NLB, SUROs (scout rifle way), oversoul edict and red death. Thorn just kills someome before they can even line up a shot back at you
[b]For those window lickers who can't read and seem to think its one of those "nerf whatever because it kills you" threads. This is about the fun aspect, the fact its just a goto weapon for newbies because of the crazy auto aim. Anyone who finds it fun to use will get bored of it later too

2 RepliesI personally hate the latest thorn user with a passion. Since it's buff a rash of people have started using it more and they don't use it in a skilled manor...no what they do is turn on thorn bitch mode... These people will literately camp with a 3 shot kill weapon and try to take you out with the DoT from it...seriously. Either that, or the famous "I'm gonna snipe you for DoT". This use to be a weapon that rewarded a skilled hand, and now it's become the go to handcannon of the masses (even more so than the last word). Even through all that, I still don't want them to nerf it, because there are people that would find the weapon I use cheap in a sense.

They're for cowards that shoot ppl and run and hide.And I guess I'm the only one that got the sarcasm in the Xur selling it comment.Being called a noon is about a joke from most of these kids.I was called one for using a shoot gun in PvP by a kid with a grim score of 1300 haha I have over 450hrs in this game and the thorn is the biggest coward gun in the game period

thorn doesn't ruin PVP , only scrubs who get killed by it and complain do. - it's funny seeing a thorn user trying to shoot you while you zig zag + blink closer to them.

4 RepliesAs said many times before. Thorn is the only gun that is truly earned by doing a difficult quest. By far the most difficult of all the bounties. No exotic bounty weapons are or have ever been sold by Xur.

1 ReplyIt's a 3 shot kill actually. Only cause it isn't fun for you doesn't mean it isn't fun for me. Either you don't stand in front of the gun or simply get #GetRekt Im that guy that goes ham using Thorn but just the same using TLW or just a simple legendary Scout rifle.
