I'm at work with students in the computer lab so I can't watch Mr. Joe's review. But I want to add this thought to what his usual MO is:
He's Angry. He complains. He shouts. He finds things to be angry about because if he went into a review saying "I understand why they did this" or "This part of the game is a little annoying but I can live with it." Let's assume that he considers the Grimoire cards as a "meh" feature and that he can "kinda" respect what they're trying to do.
To say so would completely violate his ENTIRE ethos. He can't acknowledge that they're "just okay". What he has to do is rant about it and be, well, Angry.
His review of ESO while it raised valid points also exaggerated problems, over-sold concerns, and tended to focus most on things to be angry about rather than spend much energy at all on things that worked or at least could be worked around. I don't expect anything different here.
I get his "schtick" but I learned long ago not to put credence into these kinds of "reviews" as they're really more about the style and the man than product reviewed.

His name isn't Angry Joe? He doesn't shout at the camera for half of a "review"? It's not a review for anything he "reviews". It's entertainment targeted at people with axes to grind. It's what keeps viewers coming back. I'm sure he raises valid points but his entire mode of operation is to be pissed off that something isn't perfect.
