I would’ve responded to the guys comment with a bit more respect had he not been totally sarcastic with ‘whew. A whole 5 mins’. You jumped straight to his defence as well.
I’ve helped dozens of people over the last few weeks get through the Derealize mission. I’m the last person on here who preaches about being godly but I’m also the first person on here to point out when something is fair/unfair too much or too little.
I’ll say it again, the Derealize mission with an extra 5 minutes on it is now more than doable.
Agree.
I'm a returning player - don't have the guns from the last 2 years- and it was really not that bad.
Pre-timer extension you need one player for the jumping section to pull everyone else. They don't even need to be careful they just need to be fast.
Then be cautious in the boss room as your revives will run out. You don't have any time pressure once your lives run out so just be careful and take your time.
The bosses aren't tanky and the damage isn't too high.
Where I do accept the moans is the observation that the arms dealer GM conquest seems much easier that this master conquest and that doesn't make sense.
I two-manned GM arms dealer with my son first try with what turned out to be suboptimal loadouts and the timer hadn't run out when we finished. My son described it as 'free'. Does seem the wrong way around.
I'm 50 years old and my reactions are now mediocre at the very best.
I am no elitist gamer (I do not like master raids at all) but if everything can be completed without thinking about your build, loadout, learning from mistakes and adapting then it would be a very boring game. I'm not finding it boring right now on account of having a ton to do. I am acutely aware that state is about to change for the worst in a couple of weeks at most.
