Artifact Perks are Horrible

What happened to the powerful perks that are fun to use. You dialed it too far back that honestly not even running any perks is almost the same with them on. The Stasis Ones are ok but it was way better and more fun with Spicy Ones. and adding 2 rows and keeping the same number of unlocks doesnt feel right. Champion Mods - Scout Antibarrier - Feels horrible sometimes a whole clip almost doesnt pop the shields?? Scouts needs a Buff its suppost to be slow hard hitting … not feel like a BB gun. Overload - Theres hardly ever OLs in GMs - Prob should only have 1 Mod on artifact be OL. Nighfall Modifiers - Arc and Void Worm 🐛 Wouldnt it be nice if it ever matched the Buff 🤷‍♂️ Weapon Perks too Itd be nice to get Buffs to the guns were forced to use to once in a while too. Like Glaive or Trace in a GM get real. It helps almost no one. I only say this cuz it seems more and more mismatched and like no one even looks at whats going on lately. Just some constructive criticism from a beloved fan

  • The other mods aside, having only one weapon per mod for the champions is so limiting. I don't know why they can't just put two guns to a mod (for every mod) like they did with Autos and SMGs a couple of times before.

  • Whenever scout rifles are needed to stun any sort of Champion always use one with explosive rounds. I've always found that it makes to stun effect proc reliably.

  • This old tortoise is of the firm opinion that the whole Artifact board should be totally lit-up; as happened a few seasons ago. 👈 That is all. Ease Springs! 🎃👻

      • Lmao. When I saw that the void and arc hunger had no correlation to the actual burn I wasn’t even surprised. It’s like getting Vanguard rep when IB is live. Left hand clearly doesn’t know what the right hand is doing

      • Regardless of artifact mods, we are still super overpowered. Regardless of champion mods, we still have plenty of other ways to stun champs without them. Nightfall modifiers were needed. Last season I low manned most of if not all my Gms. Game is too easy.

        • Have to engage the tonic system to make them even remotely interesting, and forget that nonsense. Outside the quest I refuse to engage in that. IMO it’s quite honestly the dumbest mechanic/addition to this game. More hoops to jump thru. That’s fine I’ll login and get my conqueror title guilded again, complete a few dungeons and raids, and then I’ll log out and move on with my day.

          • Gotta agree, it feels lackluster compared to previous seasons (episodes? I don't even know anymore, whatever) Unless you're running Stasis [b]AND[/b] tonics together, it's kinda weak and as a concept, very "mid"

            • We need perks like Particle Repeater back, I might have that name wrong but the perk that made fusion riflres weaken enemies and a proper weaken not this lame 10 or 15 percent bs, and add the same weapon type champion mod... like you said nothing really pairs up or synergises. It's all mismatched, uneven, and weak. It forces players to use a narrow meta and that makes overall gameplay go stale fairly quickly. We need more options and synergies so we can play our own way.

            • i never engaged with the artifact outside of free ones (void weakening) they dont do enough or should just be part of the base subclasses entirely.

            • Our barrier options this episode kinda stink, but most of the mods are solid. I think the problem is that Bungie locked 1/2 the stuff behind the tonics. If the tonics didn’t exist, this would be one of the more powerful seasons but now you can only get 1 powerful mod at a time.

            • I miss when we were able to unlock all perks by 18-20 levels in the artifact. 😔

            • I don’t know if you saw the Act II Livestream but the clowns and sadists working on the game absolutely love it when there are super annoying modifiers. They’re not there to make things fun and rewarding. They’re there to make them as annoying as possible. It’s like they want their game to die.

            • I miss the perk that gave you armor charge with precision hits. Stuff like that is what I'd like to see. Simple and easy to proc stuff.. I will say for overloads I like GL, only because Lost Signal is great for them lol

              Yea scouts suck, but there’s other ways to stun Barriers I don’t mind overload since we have breach and clear Gls The worm modifier is fine. Changes the meta/build every week. As long as you’re using the correct element, you have 100% uptime in abilities and you have DR against that element. Literally ran thru this week’s GM with ergo sum with the Riskrunner perk I just pray we never get Haste in a GM…
