No quest to get aspects

I beat lightfall, but can't get quest to unlock the rest of my aspects(weavewalk , wanderer). Someone help please

The steps for it are: 1. Complete the 'Unfinished Business' quest line 2. Complete Parting the Veil quest from Nimbus 3. Complete the Unveiled quest from Nimbus.

Pretty sure you need to first complete the Unfinished Business quest to get Deterministic Chaos weapon.
