Allo there,
The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. If you've already done an appeal then that is all you can do. Unfortunately no one in this help forum can assist you.

1. Middle of the night for Bungie. 2. A Mentor who is a volunteer given extra power by Bungie to help on a public forum page has already given you the advise you need. 3. Any Bungie staff would tell you to fill in the ban appeal form nothing more nothing less. 4. As covered in the games terms and conditions (or Eula) and repeated on the ban appeal form Bungie does not have to reply to you for any reason. Remember D1 and D2 belong to Bungie they make the rules we follow and they can block us from the game servers at any time when we break those rules.

I have appealed for ban 2 times only not multiple times and i followed every rule here man i never used any king of cheat in any game ever

Multiple appeals does nothing. If you have heard nothing by now the ban has been upheld. You have a Steam account linked in cross save. Dud to how easy it is to cheat on PC players are always held to a higher standard. Do here are a few things that turn up for bans people have said on this forum.... I did not cheat... sorry but only your word. Cheat programs for ANY game. Programming tools left active. Network manipulation including accelerators. Playing with cheaters (profiting). Doing a recovery (they cheated for you). Using programs to modify the game (improve some aspect such as graphic settings). Certain macros. Altering the matchmaking system to get ghost lobbies or to get pre-organised enemy players for win trading. On consoles you or a teammate Ddossing opposing team members. I think you should get the idea now.

I didn't used any kind of these programs i have just 2 things which have access to everything my antivirus and riot vanguard i have no idea about anything else
