1 ReplyThat’s what they said about redrix last season too... but it’s still going to be hand cannons. Just like it was this season and every other season ever.
-
4 RepliesHaving no recoil in MK/how easy it is to control what little is there is just ridiculous.
-
14 RepliesI miss Genesis chain... Oh man that gun was great
-
8 RepliesAnyone still have a Tigerspite?
-
2 Replies
Mark my words. The ping pong gun of doom shall rise again.
Not it won’t. HCs will still rule.
-
3 RepliesHard light now that the screen shake is fixed. Especially with catalyst. Ttk almost same but with better accuracy
-
I’ll be very surprised if the Pulse Rifle’s far superior stability/accuracy doesn’t still dominate Auto Rifles at varied ranges.
-
4 RepliesEdited by Sixclicks: 2/24/2020 4:04:10 PMHard Light should be great with the changes too. 8/12 BTK (0.8-.1.2 TTK) against a max resilience opponent. Plus no damage dropoff, and the recoilbis practically non existent, at least on PC.
-
1 ReplyNext TWaB "To get Suros Regime in line with other auto rifles, the overall damage will reduce once spinning up is active" mark my words. lol
-
1 ReplyIdk peek shooting with a handcannon is pretty hard to counter with an auto.
-
2 Replies600 prm auto are going to be broken with that 0.7 ttk. Just think a year ago Luna's howl had the same ttk and it got nerfed so... Idk maybe they can change that before the patch.
-
Suros is my favorite exotic. However, I'm worried about it when it gets buffed, because if it does become meta that means it will most likely get an eventual nerf. I love my suros as it is now.
-
Next nerf will come full circle to destiny's first ever nerf, the nerf of the auto rifle.
-
They are giving it away through Twitch. So yeah.
-
1 ReplyIt's been awhile but maybe I'll dig out Sweet Business and Actium War Rigs for old times sake. Auto rifle buff affected it too I presume?
-
3 RepliesNah I’ll be sticking to my hard light
-
Suros was always decent. Just that nobody used it because it's not part of the cheese one-hit-kill meta nor is it a handcannon.
-
2 RepliesSuros is already a pretty good weapon.
-
1 ReplyMeanwhile I’ll just hold on to my Misfit...
-
1 ReplyI thought suros was going to keep its current damage and no changes? Didn't bungie clarify?
-
2 Repliesthat's rise again... as in, 'shall rise again' ffs, facepalm
-
I can't stop running my Monte Carlo + Sunbracers combo. I was away for a while but some point they made it so multiple solar grenades can DoT at the same time making it possible to melt bosses with nothing but well placed grenades. Pair it with Solar burn and it reaches disgusting levels of gross
-
They will have to rebalance Suros so that it maintains its current ttk with Spin Up.
-
24 RepliesNope. Will still be the boring 1+ year old hc meta
-
D1 vanilla meta POGGERS

2 RepliesEdited by an Ape with a d2 addiction: 2/24/2020 12:46:50 PMThe marginal 0.0x -ish increase in TTK might not be enough to compensate for the biggest problem autos always had and will have: - high RPM means spike damage on quick peeks is low - majority have comparably bad tracking aim in this game because hand cannons and OHKs have been prevalent for so long Definetly interesting to see if usage ratings will go up. Just pointing out that folks were calling Shadowkeep release "the pulse meta" pre-fact. Look how that went. Pulses are definetly good by the way. Just... look how it went: Almost all the relevant hand cannons (over a dozen) all have on average at least twice or more usage rating compared to all the pulses. Except for bygones, which is around equal to the hand cannon median. Best part? Bygones is the worst pulse frame (adaptives have terrible TTK compared to other pulses) and even within it's frame there are better options (Last Perdition has better perks + scopes). Bygones' popular thanks to a few YT videos. Thinking again, to be more specific: autos wont be meta. But they will be more viable.
