I'll have you know that it's one of the finest cloaks for hunters. I rarely play Hunter, but I have a special place in my heart for that cloak.

Unfortunately, you're kinda S.o.L. It was a guarantee for campaign completion at one point(still have the OG on my Hunter). Currently it is just RNG from the loot pool. I've heard that Tangled Shore activities have a better drop rate(Heroic Adventures, more specifically, during Flashpoint), but I can't confirm.

Which is utterly stupid imo. I cannot directly contact them. So they have this system so they dont have to worry about answering players, they instead rely on other players like your kind self to attempt to help. Dont think i do not appreciate you, i just would like to hear it from the horses mouth if you get my meaning.

No offense taken. And take no offense when I ask this...what exactly do you want them to tell you? It's part of the loot pool. There are hundreds of items in the loot pool. Its considered a highly wanted item, kinda like a Mike Schmidt baseball card(well, back in the day at least, not sure who's good these days). Do you really think they'll tell you their algorithim?

Honestly, if they just tell me its a world drop and has a higher chance in the tangled shore of dropping when its the flashpoint. I'll be satisfied in knowing that there is still hope in obtaining it. Also the cherry on top would be the drop chance precentage. 😅

Lol, well, I can tell you it is part of world drops. Other than that, it's only speculation as to the flashpoint thing. Oh, and drop chance is .04%...if you get the joke...🙅♂️ Good luck on the hunt though, Guardian! 🍻

Haha, it's a joke about a buff they were doing at one point. There were complaints about...I don't remember what...and their answer was a .04% buff... I'd love to be less pesimistic, but when it comes to Bungie, it's best to set your sights low and expect the worst. That way you're never disappointed and can even be excited when good things happen.

I suppose your right, So the drop chance for the cloak is .04%? Honestly just a little to low. They should raise it so that people at least have some chance of getting it in their life time.

I don't actually know what the drop chance on the cloak is, but now that I think about it, I think the .04% was a buff to AR damage when they were at their absolute worst in D1.

Hey, Cayde was a great character and even if this cloak isn't the best, it holds special meaning to me. You might not be able to comprehend that or maybe you do but I really want that cloak for sentimental value.
