Can't connect to the server
I downloaded Destiny 2 today and wanted to play it on my steam account but every time I want to play it says there is an error which says I can't connect to the server.

In the Steam app run the verify game files function on Destiny 2 to insure there are no problems with the installation. If that doesn't help then unplug your router and Internet modem/gateway from power and leave them disconnected from power for at least 5 minutes to clear any possible corrupted caches. If that doesn't help, do you have any anti-virus or firewall software running on your computer? Either could be blocking necessary D2 network traffic.
