They disabled Dynamo due to a bug...probably for good since they can't fix stuff, and it's
"obsolete" armor.

Actually, right after posting I saw this (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/254285482) and tried doing while enemies were around and it made a difference. Wasn't that impressive, but something happened at least.

It seems like I'm seeing this with my warlock actually. I was trying to use it with Starfire Protocol and thought maybe they nerf'd it, but even without it basically nothing happens for me with either of those 2 mods.
