You are not average then. That's above average. I'm average. Took me over a month to get fabled by myself. Matchmaking was not in my favor at all and as I said i like many, am not good enough to swing a game to a win by myself. Also I don't care about people's rank much. I just think it's funny that a person who's unbroken and goes fabled with green and blue weapons for the luls calilng themselves average is funny as they don't know the real struggle. Maybe they're humble though which is nice around here when so many act like they're legends at the game.

What do you consider a average player, kd wise for a reference point. I would say I’m average as hell but my friends tell me otherwise. He likes to watch me play pvp and he is amused how good I play but I always tell him that I’m just plain average:’D. I think Iam sitting on a 1.7+ kd at the moment.

Honestly .8-1.2/3 raw k/d. Often over 1.5 is considered "good" and then closer to 2.0 i'd say is quite good. I'm at .92 but got lowered to .85 on the character i got to fabled with. At that k//d I often perform in the top two on my team when I lose if that tells you anything about the awesome matchmaking. Playing with better players in your range sometimes i outperform them based on circumstance like super, heavy, right place right time etc. I feel average on a good day though.

Iam at the top most of the time :’D. Like I said good players always tell others how average they are. I know I’m good but I personally feel like I’m just average at best :). Toxic players like to brag about their kd and I realllyyyyy hate that. But communication is key and if you choose to play solo in a 4v4 game mode, you are setting yourself in a disadvantage. All I can say is play a lot of different shooters. I for myself started playing cs go recently for practicing my aim with m&k. I play on pc and never played comp or pvp with m&k :’D. I strictly use my trusty xbox one controller <3

I'm aware of that. Problem is that most lfg groups past for 1.5 k/d plus and check stats. So it's very difficult to get in to a group of good players. I have joined some that in the range i talked about, usually toward the low end and communication does help. But a lot of players are impatient and throw games to dumb shit, don't play together, etc. It's hard to find groups that gel. Then if you do get some good players they are often over 3k glory which means you'll match 3k-5500 when you're at 1200. Sometimes it goes ok other times not at all. Nice part in that bracket is you have a lot of players who got boosted or carried that far so they're not all amazing. Honestly from my time in comp i'm more scarred of a randoms than stacks. There are a lot of solo randoms who are good and it seems like they are on a team but they just understand how to play and have been forged by having the balls to play in the playlist solo and learning the hard way. I'm sure i've surprised a few people as that is me, but with low stats.

Problem with stat checking, it doesnt truly reflect anything. In my account I think I have a 1.3 or 1.2 , but I got to legend the last 2 seasons. I played comp fresh on an alt account that has never been in comp, and it's 2.5 solo queuing andgot to 2100 in 3 hours

There is truth to that for sure. As you're learning etc you're stats will be lower. It's really hard to climb up from low stats and much easier to maintain good ones once you're better on an "alt." So yes you can be much better than what your stats show. But people judge none the less.

Very true. I kinda wish there was a season stat reset.
