Chiss Ascendancy Recruiting
The Chiss Ascendancy requires some, skilled personal skilled in the running of a fleet. All who join receive automatic citizenship in The Chiss Ascendancy on swearing allegiance and citizenship in the Ascendancy means being put under the command of a certain Ruling House. My own house House Nuruodo runs the military and foreign affairs. The first to swear allegiance pick their own out of a massive fleet of combat ready warships. All they need is commanders.
