All 26 current threads on the trending tab of the forums are about Solstice of Heroes.
And to no one's surprise, the vast majority of them are negative. This event sucks, plain and simple. It's nothing but a mind-numbing grind and money-grubbing micro transactions. Who would have thought that is was Activision keeping Bungie's greed in check, and not the other way around? Eververse has ruined yet another event, and is actively ruining Destiny as a franchise. I am confident in saying that if Eververse were just removed from Destiny 2 entirely (and the resources used on eververse were put into actual game content), 99% of the player base would either be happy to see it go, or not care either way. So why don't we make it happen? #REMOVE EVERVERSE
